Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing benefits and compensation programs, and providing guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures. • Assist with all aspects of human resources including the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify current staffing needs and work with internal recruiters to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts in a professional and confidential manner, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide guidance and support to both employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with performance management processes including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans for employees.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain reports and metrics related to HR activities on a needed basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with diverse teams in the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• PHR or SPHR a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $90,000 - $103,000 annually DOE
