Product Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite)

Product Manufacturing Engineer Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced, proactive, and goal-oriented professional to lead Manufacturing Readiness for Turbine Airfoils Castings in the Operations organization. This role includes responsibility for execution of COPQ Projects, shop support, and execution of MRL Assessments (PFMEA, Measurement System Analysis & Control Plans among others) to improve supplier and internal shop quality and delivery signatures. The scope covers both Pratt & Whitney internal shop and supply chain components. What You Will Learn Exposure to Turbine Airfoil Production from raw material to finished part. Understanding of the technical and business side of the Turbine Airfoil commodity supply chain, IPT and operations exposure. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2 years of prior relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Engineering, or Quality; OR advanced degree with prior relevant experience via research, internships or co‑ops. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient in Minitab and other statistical software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with investment casting and manufacturing of aerospace turbine airfoil components. Proficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics using Minitab or other statistical software. Six Sigma or Project Management certification. Salary USD 68,900 – 131,100.
