Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Part-Time Home Care Education RN to lead the education and ongoing development of our Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, and caregivers.

Your Impact

As our Home Care Education RN , you'll help build a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregiver workforce by:

1. Teaching Home Health Aide (HHA) certification classes and skills labs
2. Providing ongoing in-service education and competency training
3. Performing caregiver skills evaluations and annual competency assessments
4. Coaching caregivers on best practices in home care
5. Supervising caregivers in the field as needed
6. Assisting with quality assurance and clinical compliance
7. Maintaining education records and documentation
8. Collaborating with clinical and recruiting teams to ensure caregiver success
9. Promoting exceptional client care through education and mentorship

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred
• Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or training healthcare staff is highly desirable
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and organizational abilities
• Comfortable demonstrating hands-on caregiving techniques
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to training locations and client homes when necessary
