Location: Elkins, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1154.65 - 1212.38
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Point-Click-Care experience
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to medical staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
