Join Our Team as a Sign and Graphics Production Specialist at Signarama! Production Specialist – Signarama Menomonee Falls Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Growth Opportunity Join a growing, multi-location Signarama organization that produces some of Wisconsin's best commercial signage and graphics! We're looking for a hands-on Production Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship, detail, and teamwork. As part of our Menomonee Falls team, you'll fabricate, assemble, and finish a wide range of signs — from vinyl graphics and wall murals to dimensional and small fabricated projects. You'll work alongside a talented group of designers, installers, and project managers, with opportunities to learn and grow as our company continues to expand.

What You'll Do

• Produce and assemble signs, vinyl graphics, and printed materials.
• Operate printers, plotters, and laminators (we'll train the right person).
• Inspect and finish jobs with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Collaborate with our design and installation teams daily.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sign or graphics production experience preferred.
• Skilled with vinyl application, printing, or fabrication equipment.
• Great communicator and dependable teammate.
• Strong attention to detail — takes pride in quality work.
• Can lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
