Brand Marketing Manager — New York, NY / San Francisco, CA | On-site · Full-time The Brand Marketing Manager will be part of Google Cloud’s Brand and Creative (B&C) team — the creative center of excellence for the Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and Gemini Enterprise portfolio brands. You’ll join a small team of Brand Managers and Producers to lead the end-to-end execution of creative campaigns and programs of varying scale. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary expert in campaign management, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver high-impact results. At Google, marketing starts with technology and ends with the user — connecting both in unexpected and transformative ways. What You’ll Do Serve as the subject matter expert in structuring strategy, executing projects, and managing cross-functional workstreams across video, digital, print, social media, and experiential activations. Act as the primary point of contact for external creative partners; lead agreement negotiations, align creative teams, and oversee scope, budget, and relationships. Build strong internal and external relationships, providing clear direction to team members and proactively communicating potential risks to leadership. Evaluate creative work to ensure excellence, visual consistency, and alignment with brand principles. Drive process improvements and remove operational barriers, including using AI tools to continuously enhance team efficiency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience leading marketing campaign programs and productions. Experience in B2B marketing. Experience with traditional advertising executions (print, video, or digital). Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and executing large-scale, 360-degree marketing campaigns, including experiential activations from concept to completion. Experience creating and implementing unique, differentiated creative campaigns. Experience building new marketing processes and operations, including directly using AI to accelerate day-to-day creative work. Ability to take initiative and work comfortably in ambiguous, unstructured environments. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, navigate complex matrixed organizations, and manage relationships with external vendors and talent. Excellent project management and presentation skills, with a keen eye for creative detail. Base salary (U.S.): $142,000 – $205,000 per year Performance bonus Equity Full benefits package Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
