As you progress through our PM Tier System, you unlock higher commission rates, greater technical responsibility, company vehicle eligibility, specialty opportunities, and a clear path toward leadership. THE PM TIER SYSTEM TIER 1 — ROOFING Target: Within 90 days 0.33% commission + take-home truck eligibility TIER 2 — SIDING Target: Within 180 days 0.66% commission + expanded repair and inspection capabilities TIER 3 — SOFFIT / FASCIA Target: Within 270 days 1.00% commission + full core technical progression SPECIALTY OPPORTUNITIES As you continue developing your skill set, you can unlock additional earning opportunities:

• 0.50% on extensive vinyl siding projects
• 1.00% on Hardie siding projects
