Located in Switz City, IN
Salary: $19.00 / hr - $22.50 / hr We're seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to help support critical seed processing and warehouse operations. If you enjoy staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a team that keeps the harvest moving, this seasonal opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to gain valuable agricultural experience. Job Summary:- Label, tag, bag and palletize seed
- Enter inventory information into computer
- Stage seed for shipment in warehouse
- Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading
- Complete a wide range of harvest activities i.e. husk and sort operations
- Operate dryer to dry crop within the prescribed safety, quality, and financial requirements
- Shelling and storage of crop from bins in the dryer facility
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outside
- Walk on uneven surfaces
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
- Forklift and agricultural experience preferred
