DS Fab & Machine Works Inc. is looking for a skilled, experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their Washougal, WA shop. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience , with strong, proven skills in both MIG and TIG welding . Experience specifically welding stainless steel is a must, as this is a core part of the work.
Beyond technical welding skill, they're looking for someone who can read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately, translating specs into precise, high-quality fabricated parts and assemblies in a timely manner. Attention to detail matters; the right candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and consistently produces welds and fabricated work that meet quality standards.
They also want someone who is reliable andcapable of working independently when needed but also collaborating well as part of a shop team. Familiarity with general fabrication shop equipment (saws, brakes, shears, grinders) is a plus, since the role isn't limited to welding alone — it includes broader fabrication tasks.
