Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery by devising comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment-assisted rehabilitation to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Continuously track and document patient treatments, responses, and progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping to support ongoing care.
• Reassess and redefine therapeutic goals at regular intervals, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Assist patients in the recommendation and fitting of assistive devices, such as braces or walkers, to facilitate their independence in daily activities.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and families on utilizing assistive modalities and understanding physical therapy procedures.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge by engaging in educational workshops and participating in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, chronic pain syndromes, and sports-related injuries. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journey, guiding them to regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve their personal health goals. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred.
• State License in Physical Therapy required.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Excellent adaptability to changing situations and operational needs.

Preferred Experience

• At least two (2) years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient care settings preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and modalities used in physical therapy.
