Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, thereby allowing for a balanced work-life schedule, free from weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical history and performing necessary assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting for their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols that reflect the patient's unique needs and evolving medical circumstances, adapting strategies as required based on patient response and progress.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines for an integrated approach to patient care, documenting any significant changes in patient conditions that affect treatment plans.
• Manage the discharge planning process effectively, ensuring that all necessary follow-up care and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Meet productivity expectations through effective time management, while maintaining a well-organized schedule for patient appointments and meetings.
• Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing community awareness of our services and improving patient access to care.
• Actively contribute to department goals and compliance with regulatory requirements, while pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Serve as a clinical instructor to students, promoting a culture of education and mentorship within the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
