Healthcare Recruiter

The Healthcare Recruiter is to assist in the recruiting success throughout the Eden Health business lines . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Identify and attract to healthcare talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events. Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Newton, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment flow. Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are suitable for the position of interest. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Participate in projects and team meetings.
