We have deep roots in our communities, employing more than 100 certified millers, supporting thousands of local jobs and contributing billions of dollars to local economies.The Role:The Sanitation Utility will follow the Ardent Mills core values of Trust, Serving, Simplicity and SafetyThe Sanitation Utility is responsible for general sanitation duties including the disassembly, cleaning/sanitation and reassembly of processing equipmentMust be able to work in various conditions and different heightsMust be able to read, follow and retain detailed instructions for numerous different tasks and maintain records according to instructionsMust be mindful at all times of personal safety and the safety of those working in the same area and adhere to all safety rules at all timesMust keep food safety in mind at all times while performing cleaning proceduresAble to cross-train for assistance in other departments as neededPrincipal Accountabilities:General labor performing tasks such as vacuuming, brushing, sweeping, scraping, scrubbing and washing of floors, walls, racks and equipment.Process equipment cleaning. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
