Director of Client Delivery

To enhance client onboarding and revenue cycle management, the full-time salaried Director of Client Delivery will manage CBO recruitment, oversee client implementation projects, and ensure compliance with performance metrics in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Lead initial contact with prospective clients to identify needs for Medical Billing and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services Oversee client delivery and center onboarding relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance benchmarks Analyze performance data to track CBO efficiency and conduct regular reviews with center leaders to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration; graduate degree preferred 8-10 years of management experience in practice administration, client services, or healthcare reimbursement Experience as a Revenue Cycle Management leader in system conversions and process improvement Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurers, including specialty contracts
