As a Project Manager, you will:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare technology and data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare, technology modernization, and data modernization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage large-scale healthcare technology and data modernization projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

Candidate must have skills:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare technology and data modernization.
• Proven experience in leading Agile projects and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, data infrastructure, and technology modernization.
• PMP Certification is required. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data analytics.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $ 101,500 - 119,000 Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
