Position Summary URGENT HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Location: Manufacturing Facility

Pay: $25–$30+/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and keeping production running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

✅ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment

✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

✅ Repair motors, pumps, bearings, valves, conveyors, and electrical components

✅ Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime

✅ Read work orders, schematics, and technical manuals

✅ Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

✅ Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements

✔️ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing

✔️ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

✔️ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment

✔️ Ability to read schematics and maintenance documentation

✔️ Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting

✔️ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

✔️ Ability to work overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
