What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted resource for customer questions, orders, and service needs.
- Provide proactive communication regarding quotes, orders, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with sales, operations, production, and accounting teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
- Deliver professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer service every day.
