Entry-Level Customer Service Associate - No Experience Required (Charlotte) | $60,000-$85,000

The communication skills that matter most in this role are ones you develop here, not ones you need to bring with you. From your first week, training walks you through how to talk with clients, explain their options and handle real conversations with confidence.

You will learn how insurance products work and how to present them in a way that is clear and useful. Every client interaction is a chance to practice, and coaching from experienced team members helps you improve steadily over time.

Your daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, answering client questions about coverage, documenting each interaction and following up on outstanding items. You will manage a schedule of appointments and keep accurate records throughout the day.

Build your career as a contractor, with training, coaching, and room to grow.

No degree or prior insurance experience is needed. This is a full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC. Training and ongoing support are provided from the start.
