Optim Marketing is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing Charlotte team.

You'll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand , helping customers with products and services they already know and use every day — home internet, wireless service, and smartphones.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face in assigned Charlotte-area territories
• Help customers compare options for internet, wireless plans, and smartphones
• Recommend products and services based on each customer's needs
• Learn and follow a proven sales process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Sales experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us than your résumé.

• Reliable transportation
• Available to work full-time in the Charlotte area
