You'll: Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you're: Competitive and motivated by goals Comfortable talking to new people Coachable and willing to improve Resilient and able to handle rejection Dependable and accountable Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Hungry for an opportunity to grow Looking for a career, not just your next job Previous sales experience is not required. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations Schedule: First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions. Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM This role is for individuals who are ready to win.
