We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Charlotte team as an Entry Level B2B Sales Representative . This is a full-time, in-person position where you’ll work directly with business customers while developing valuable experience in sales, account management, business development, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Meet face-to-face with local business customers and decision-makers
• Represent established client brands and introduce their products and services
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Assist with new customer acquisition and account management
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Develop communication, negotiation, and business development skills
• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development
• Work alongside a motivated, goal-oriented team
