A leading HR consultancy firm in New Jersey is looking for a proactive Human Resources professional responsible for administering core HR functions, including benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate holds a B.A./B.S. degree and has 2-4 years of experience, preferably in recruiting medical personnel. Applicants must submit a resume, a cover letter, and relevant qualifications.
