Sales Administrator
Sales Administrator Pay Range: $21-$28/hour (based on experience) Ixonia, WI | Full-Time
Taylor Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and customers. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while managing order processing, sales support activities, and administrative functions that help keep our business running smoothly and growing.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders, quotes, and sales documentation.
- Support customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems.
- Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.
- Support special projects, customer events, and trade show activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or office support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
