Content and Community Strategist

To support a mission of educating landlords and investors, the remote or hybrid Content and Community Strategist will manage Skool communities, create engaging educational content, and enhance brand growth through newsletters and video scripts. Key Responsibilities Research and write educational content, including blog posts and newsletters, on property management and real estate trends Build and grow Skool communities by fostering discussions, welcoming new members, and turning real-life scenarios into teachable moments Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging while monitoring feedback to improve content relevance and delivery Required Qualifications 3+ years in content marketing, education, communications, or community management Experience managing or engaging communities on platforms like Skool or Facebook Groups Interest or background in real estate, property management, or investing preferred Strong writing, storytelling, and research skills Bonus: experience in video scriptwriting, SEO, or copywriting
