Physician - Urologic Oncology - Academic

Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and LSU Health Sciences Center at Shreveport seeks fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist to join our established academic urology practice in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completion of ACGME-accredited Urology Residency, Urologic Oncology Fellowship required, two-year SUO fellowship preferred, but not required. Must be BE/BC in Urology and eligible for LA Medical license. This opportunity combines the academic resources, residents, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration of LSU Health Shreveport with the efficiency, patient volume, compensation, and infrastructure of a highly developed private-practice model focused on Urologic Oncology. Highlights of the Position: $600,000 starting compensation with reasonable incentives that allow $800k+ in first year for Board-Eligible/Certified Urologists. Significant RVU-based production incentives Robust existing patient volume and established referral network.
