Maintenance Specialist

Position Title Maintenance Specialist Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings and grounds at Sunrise Detoxification Centers. The Maintenance Specialist ensures a safe environment for patients and staff while maintaining compliance with internal policies, JCAHO standards, and Federal, State, and Local regulations related to healthcare facility operations. The role involves communicating supply needs, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and completing routine maintenance and preventative care throughout the facility. Requirements Highly organized High School Diploma or GED required Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail Experience or training in: HVAC maintenance and preventative maintenance, plumbing repairs (toilets and sinks), electrical repairs (lights, outlets, and fans) Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Schedule Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Available for facility emergencies as needed Compensation Competitive hourly rate based upon experience Benefits Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD options Medical FSA and Dependent Care Account 401k with company match up to 5% Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) Education reimbursement Career Advancement Opportunities Note: This job does NOT sponsor visas and we are unable to consider out of country applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
