As a Wildlife Control Specialist at Mosquito & Pest Authority, you will use your experience to safely remove and prevent wildlife from our customers property and living space. Our Wildlife Control Specialists provide expert wildlife service in a friendly, respectful, and efficient manner. • Animal Handling: Experience with safe and humane capture, handling, and restraint techniques for various wildlife species.
• Wildlife Knowledge: Strong understanding of local wildlife species, their habitats, and ecological roles.
• Fieldwork Skills: Experience conducting wildlife surveys and monitoring populations
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with using GPS units, one ways, and other field equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with moderate physical stamina for tasks like carrying equipment and using ladders to climb roofs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings, report data, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems that may arise in the field.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate data collection and meticulous record-keeping are crucial.

• Safety-Conscious: Strong adherence to safety protocols while working outdoors and handling animals.

• High School graduate / GED
• Valid Drivers license with an excellent driving record needed
• Wildlife experience needed
• Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
• Extended hours and weekends when necessaryWork in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties.
