Join Our Team as a Business Office Manager

Haven of Paris is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team and support the day-to-day business operations of our skilled nursing facility.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare billing, skilled nursing, long-term care, accounts receivable, office management, or human resources support who is ready to grow into a well-rounded leadership role.

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable (AR)

• Assist with Medicaid and Medicare processes

• Maintain accurate resident financial records and trust accounts

• Update admissions, discharges, and payer information

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and families regarding billing and accounts

• Utilize systems such as PointClickCare (PCC) — training provided

• Support the admissions process and participate in financial meetings

• Work closely with facility leadership to ensure accurate and timely business office processes

• Will be the back up for HR department will assist with:

  • Assist with new-hire onboarding and employee paperwork

  • Maintain organized personnel files and support compliance requirements

  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records

  • Help coordinate employee benefits and HR documentation

  • Partner with leadership on basic HR processes and employee support

  • Help create a positive, organized experience for new and existing team members
