This is a strong opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their practice in wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and single-plaintiff employment matters. The role offers direct client contact, a collaborative team environment, and strong long-term growth potential.Key Responsibilities:Defend employers in wage and hour class and representative actions, including PAGAHandle single-plaintiff matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claimsAttend court hearings, mediations, and depositionsWork directly with clients on strategy and day-to-day case managementQualifications:3–8 years of employment litigation experienceStrong background in wage and hour and PAGA mattersSolid courtroom and deposition experience preferredCalifornia Bar admission requiredStrong writing and research skills; moot court, journal, or clerkship experience a plusCompensation: $165,000–$250,000 base salary, plus a large bonus structure
