Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (rotation for call, nights, weekends) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine (or eligible) Experience: Prior experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: Base salary $650,000 annually + up to $25,000 annual quality incentive bonus Additional compensation: $4,500 annually for CME, professional dues, and medical staff expenses Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours NJ sick leave Relocation: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Schedule & perks: Weekly pay via direct deposit, robust referral bonus program, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient maternal-fetal medicine consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth Collaborate with obstetrics, neonatology, and support staff in a Level III NICU with 22 beds, private postpartum rooms, and dedicated labor and delivery beds Participate in rotating call schedule, including nights and weekends Work with EMR systems (Cerner, GE Viewpoint Ultrasound reporting) Support remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Deliver expert care across outpatient clinics and hospital settings to high-risk obstetric patients Liaise with OB generalists and neonatologists to optimize patient outcomes What You Need Active license to practice medicine in New Jersey Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine (or eligible) At least several years of experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred Strong collaborative skills and ultrasound proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Atlantic City, NJ, providing exceptional maternal-fetal care in a supportive environment.
