This role offers a diverse and fast-paced environment, providing opportunities to collaborate across departments and develop your hospitality expertise.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experienceHandle to-go orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional serviceCollaborate with housekeeping and laundry departments to coordinate room checks, cleaning, and maintenance needsSupport hostessing duties by seating guests and managing reservationsAssist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining and common areasUtilize property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software to process reservations, orders, and paymentsWork closely with the housekeeping department to ensure room readiness and guest satisfactionMulti-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, filling in gaps as needed across various rolesSkills and Qualifications:Proven excellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and SheetsWorking knowledge of reservation software and property management systems (PMS)Experience with POS systems for order processing and paymentsAbility to multi-task efficiently and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong teamwork skills, with the flexibility to support housekeeping, laundry, and food service operationsPrevious experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailWe foster a welcoming and collaborative culture that values growth, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
