Sales Support Specialist Location: Hialeah, FL 33013 Start Date: ASAP; September 1 preferred Pay: $18$24 per hour, based on experience We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to assist with order processing, purchasing, inventory, and shipment coordination. Responsibilities Place special-order purchases with regular and non-regular vendors. Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders. Manage POS inventory, shipment planning, and customer fulfillment. Coordinate orders with customers, warehouses, vendors, and carriers. Handle order inquiries, credits, claims, discrepancies, and shipment issues. Maintain accurate and organized order and inventory records. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, or logistics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experienced candidates may earn $21$24 per hour. Junior candidates with approximately 34 years of relevant experience may earn $18$20 per hour. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
