Store Support Specialist

Summary The Store Support Specialist provides operational and clienteling support to enhance the in-store luxury shopping experience. The role coordinates with sales teams to address client inquiries, manage transactions, maintain CRM data, and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks. Strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach are essential to support business objectives. Responsibilities Facilitate the sales process and deliver exceptional hospitality to elevate the client experience. Provide product expertise and ongoing support to the sales team. Build and maintain client relationships via email, phone, hand-written notes, and clienteling tools. Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information. Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and general store operations. Provide administrative and operational support to client advisors. Requirements 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work in a team. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
