We are seeking an experience air cargo manager to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support as an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs
- Must be familiar with air cargo importation and exportation rules
- Must be able to travel if needed to all points
- Receive visitors
- Train and supervise lower-level staff
- Manage and receiving incoming and out going cargo
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in administration
- Experience in aviation is preferred but not mandatory.
