Transactional Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced transactional attorney to join their team in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and have 3-5 years of experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community associations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of matters. Duties Conduct legal research and draft transactional documents independently. Attend client appointments and understand client expectations. Engage in special projects and committee work. Complete administrative tasks, including time reporting and case management. Utilize technology and automation in legal practice. Travel as required to meet business needs. Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies. Requirements Current license to practice law, in good standing with the Alabama or Florida Bar. 3-5 years of verifiable experience in relevant practice areas. Ability to participate in all aspects of professional activities, including client intake and trial preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and file management software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High ethical standards and confidentiality in client matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Alabama or Florida. Skills Strong research and analytical skills.
