Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs: service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting: accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Routine inspections: conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Customer interaction: build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
• Record keeping: maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
• Safety and standards: follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Stay sharp: keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.

Qualifications

• Experience matters: at least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
• Technical skills: strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
• Customer focus: exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Certifications required: EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
• Reliability: ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Clean record: valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
