This role involves designing user interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, and contributing to the evolution of the Design System and web standards. The UX Designer will work closely with UX research, analytics, A/B testing teams, marketing, and front-end developers to optimize the guest experience and support business objectives. The position focuses on delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent designs across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, along with a solid understanding of user experience principles and information architecture. Leadership in this role is demonstrated through influence, execution, and partnership rather than formal authority.Essential/Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (for example, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar).Foundational knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (for example, ADA/WCAG).Understanding of front-end technologies (for example, HTML, CSS) sufficient to collaborate effectively with development teams.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across digital platforms required.
