In this dual role, you will ensure seamless patient care and office operations by managing front-office administrative duties and providing limited patient services under the direction of our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors. Prepare medical charts and collect necessary third-party payment information. Record charges, process payments, and assist in maintaining accurate financial transactions. Assist healthcare providers during patient visits, performing designated procedures under the supervision of a physician. Provide limited direct patient services, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience. Collaborate with Nursing Support Staff to address front-line clinical and nursing concerns.
