Job Summary Culligan Water is seeking an individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment providing high level of customer service. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss scheduling, billing, processing payment, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving and helping to manage customer accounts
• Schedule service and delivery orders 
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Strong phone skills
• Able to multi-task and follow up on daily task
• Experience in appointment routing preferred but will train the right person. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have In-Office customer experience
• Call Center experience preferred but willing to train the right person
• Minimum of two years of In-Office customer service experience required
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must provide prior Work Reference
