Loan Originator/Advisor

Trentium Capital is selectively building out its South Florida originations team and looking for experienced producers who already have relationships with real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners

This is not an inbound call-center sales role.

We're looking for originators who know how to build relationships, create opportunities, and develop a book of business—and want a lending platform, technology, and sales infrastructure that helps them win more of the deals they're already seeing and grow their production.

A Lending Box Built to Win Deals

Depending on borrower experience, program, and transaction structure, our capabilities include:

• Up to 95% LTC on qualifying construction and fix & flip transactions for experienced sponsors
• Large-balance financing up to $15MM
• Specialized luxury and large-balance spec construction capabilities in eligible markets
• DSCR programs for single assets, portfolios, small multifamily, and foreign nationals
• Competitive leverage across investor loan products
• Interest reserve incorporated into qualifying construction loan cost basis
• Fast execution for clean, well-prepared transactions

Technology & Sales Infrastructure

We're building Trentium as a technology-first lending and sales organization.

Originators have access to:

• Proprietary prospecting and lead-generation systems
• Investor, builder, and developer opportunity data
• Automated prospect nurturing and follow-up
• Modern CRM and pipeline management
• Integrated loan origination technology
• AI-assisted deal structuring and pre-qualification tools
• Marketing support
• Dedicated prospecting infrastructure for large-balance opportunities

These systems don't replace prospecting—they make strong producers more efficient and more productive . We want originators who are comfortable hunting for business, and we give them better tools to do it.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners
• Generate new business through your existing network, outbound activity, and Trentium's prospecting systems
• Own borrower relationships from initial conversation through closing
• Structure opportunities based on leverage, sponsor experience, project type, and exit strategy
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, capital markets, and closing to get transactions funded
• Maintain an organized and active pipeline
• Build repeat relationships and grow your book of business
• Represent Trentium in the South Florida market and beyond
  

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in producers with experience in:

• Private / hard-money lending
• Business-purpose lending
• Construction lending
• Fix & flip
• Bridge lending
• DSCR / investor lending
• Private-lending brokerage
• Commercial real estate finance with a transferable investor network

Strong candidates generally have:

• A demonstrated track record of generating business
• Existing relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, or referral partners
• Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-development skills
• The ability to quickly understand and structure a real estate transaction
• Consistent follow-up and pipeline-management habits
• An entrepreneurial and competitive mindset

We're interested in proven producers as well as rising producers with clear evidence of performance and a strong trajectory.

Location

This position is based around our Fort Lauderdale office . We operate in a hybrid environment, but expect the originations team to be in the office approximately 2–3 days per week . We are particularly interested in candidates throughout Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County.

Growth Opportunity

Trentium is still early enough in its growth that successful originators have an opportunity to become meaningful parts of the organization as we scale, including potential paths into senior production and sales leadership roles.
