An amazing Australian based medtec AI company is expanding to the USA & requires 2 Radiographers with CT cardiac experience to join its team.

KEY POINTS TO NOTE:

• Must be a Radiographeralready residingin the USA, ideally in Atlanta (or close to) or able to travel to Atlanta when require to be on site, eg:Can be based in Rayleigh, North Carolina.
• Otherwise the role is to be carried out remotely – WORKING FROM HOME!

The Clinical Field Specialist, CT is responsible for supporting customers in optimising their cardiac imaging programs and workflows by assisting with the effective use of the company’ssolutions. This includes delivering training, providing clinical expertise, and building strong relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

The Clinical Field Specialist will have substantial experience in clinical and cardiac CT, be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s technology (training provided) and be passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer support and clinical outcomes.

Reporting to the CFO initially the role will be working alongside the Customer/Clinical Advisory team in Australia to replicate their excellent work in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows and ensure their cardiac CT program is optimised to achieve high-quality outcomes with the companys solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to support successful adoption and clinical integration.
• Provide continuous support to customers, ensuring the company solutions are being utilised effectively.
• Conduct virtual and/or onsite training for technologists and clinicians, using a variety of methods including demonstrations, one-on-one sessions, and group workshops.
• Establish credibility and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer sites.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (e.g. customer engagement records, training logs, CT volumes, and feedback) in the company systems.
• Capture and share customer insights, contributing to clinical discussions and product optimisation.
• Stay up to date with advances in CT imaging, training methodologies, and related technologies to ensure effective customer support.
• Develop and execute plans to proactively optimise customer performance and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
• Participate in periodic on-call responsibilities to support customers as required.

Skills & Attributes

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT, with hands-on clinical experience.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Radiography with cardiac CT experience.
