Clinical Director (Independent License)

Clinical Director The Clinical Director is a licensed behavioral health professional who provides clinical supervision, training, and fidelity oversight for both licensed and non‑licensed staff across Community Bridges, Inc.’s (CBI) integrated system of care. The role collaborates with leadership to ensure services are effective, efficient, and compliant with Arizona administrative and federal regulations. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to assigned licensed and non‑licensed staff in accordance with the Arizona Administrative Code and CBI clinical policy. Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and periodically throughout the year. Develop and conduct clinical trainings in partnership with the Director of Crisis Services to enhance staff competencies. Conduct periodic fidelity audits to verify adherence to evidence‑based practices within each clinical program. Provide scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned teams, including during on‑call shifts, guiding clinical practice. Collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services and Clinical Operations to ensure clinical programming meets patient and community needs while remaining compliant with all regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field, or licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor, or Registered Nurse. 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health experience, preferably with exposure to crisis situations. Associate or Independent level licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor). Current Courtesy Clinical Supervisor Continuing Education Review Letter from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
