Clinical Manager Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to serve as Clinical Manager. The role includes providing clinical supervision and consultation to licensed clinical staff, delivering required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year, collaborating with the Clinical Director to develop and refine training programs, conducting scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and on‑call consultation, reviewing behavioral health and risk assessments, and ensuring that clinical programming and services comply with CBI Clinical Policy, state regulations, and federal requirements. Education and Experience Requirements Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor. Preferred: 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health care experience, providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations (not required). Required: Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor. Current Arizona driving license. Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
