Clinical Director (Licensed)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary A Clinical Director is a licensed behavioral health professional who provides clinical supervision and oversight to both licensed and non‑licensed clinical staff, delivering required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and throughout the year. The Clinical Director collaborates with the Director of Crisis Services to develop and deliver clinical trainings based on identified needs, conducts ongoing research to identify Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), performs fidelity audits to ensure staff maintain fidelity to approved EBPs, and provides scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultation, including during on‑call shifts. The Clinical Director ensures that clinical programming and services are effective, efficient, and compliant with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, the Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, Code of Federal Regulations, and contract requirements. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to assigned licensed and non‑licensed clinical staff. Deliver required clinical trainings during NEO and throughout the year. Work with the Director of Crisis Services to develop clinical trainings based on identified needs. Conduct ongoing research to identify EBPs and implement them across care levels. Perform periodic fidelity audits of clinical programs. Provide scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultations, including on‑call shifts. Ensure programming and services comply with all applicable policies, regulations, and contract requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field, or licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychiatrist, Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner, Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor, or Registered Nurse. 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health care experience preferred but not required. Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor. Continuing Education Review Letter (Courtesy Clinical Supervisor) from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners current for each renewal period.
