Logistics PlannerThe Opportunity:Leverage advanced sustainment expertise to ensure all logistics functions are fully integrated into the planning, coordination, and execution of collective training exercises. Support the client across the entire Exercise Lifecycle, shaping early operational concepts, aligning logistics requirements with exercise objectives, synchronizing sustainment activities during preparation and execution, and contributing to post-exercise analysis to refine future support strategies. Apply continuous collaboration with exercise planners, operational staff, and external partners, and ensure that all logistical considerations are anticipated, resourced, and effectively employed to enable successful mission outcomes. Support the planning, preparation, and execution of operational sustainment for the client's collective training exercises across the full Exercise Lifecycle. Develop and evaluate logistics-focused Courses of Action (COAs), Concepts of Support, and associated strategic assessments. Coordinate, monitor, and assess logistics plan impacts, capability requirements, and mission support needs to ensure synchronized sustainment across the training platform. Deliver subject matter expertise, analytic input, and feedback for logistics plans, concepts, and strategy documents to support informed decision-making. Participate in planning conferences, synchronization meetings, and required Exercise Lifecycle Events to integrate logistics considerations into all planning forums. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
