Associate Recruiter

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the Human Resources organization and its talent acquisition needs across multiple business divisions. In this role, you will provide recruiting support to various business units by identifying, attracting, and engaging both internal and external talent. You will partner cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent acquisition services and create a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring teams, and business partners. Responsibilities Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, virtual, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, as well as related meetings such as interview debriefs. Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager on campus recruiting initiatives by attending career fairs, campus engagement events, and evaluating entry-level and intern candidates. Support and help facilitate the summer internship program in partnership with business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs). Manage candidate communications, including confirmations, status updates, and follow-up correspondence via phone and email. Maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation information across recruiting and HR systems. Assist the TA Operations Manager with the administration of employee referral programs, recruitment marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), vendor management, and budget tracking. Provide recruiting support to Recruiters and Senior Recruiters, based on business needs and workload capacity, including: Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates. Conducting phone screens and candidate pre-assessments. Recommending candidates to recruiters and hiring managers. Process invoices and purchase orders for the TA/HR team, including expenses related to candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other recruiting costs. Create, maintain, and analyze reports that support Talent Acquisition activities, including ad hoc reporting requests. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and help deliver a positive onboarding experience. Coordinate internal recruitment activities to ensure internal candidates receive a first-class candidate experience. Support various Talent Acquisition and Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. 1-2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across multiple disciplines is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with employees and leaders across all organizational levels. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
