Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in Arlington. This role focuses on personal care support, mobility assistance, and working alongside a skilled nursing team to ensure the client's comfort and safety.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide mobility support, including use of sit-to-stand equipment (also functions as a Hoyer lift)Reposition/turn client every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuriesAssist with meal preparation and light support during mealtimesSupport wound care by following care instructions provided by the Registered Nurse (wound care nurse visits 2–3 times per week)Monitor and report any changes in condition to supervising nurse/agencyThis position involves assisting with wound care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Tasks are limited to maintaining cleanliness and following established care plans. All care must remain within CNA scope of practice and agency policy.Active CNA certification in the state of TexasExperience with personal care and mobility assistance preferredComfortable using transfer equipment (sit-to-stand/Hoyer lift)Ability to follow detailed care plans and nurse instructionsDependable, attentive, and compassionateConsistent weekday schedule (no weekends)One-on-one patient careSupportive clinical oversight from nursing staffIf you are a dedicated CNA looking for a stable, structured home care assignment, we encourage you to apply.
