Return unpaid checks from correspondent financial institutions, or members to adjust and balance accounts. Provide information and assist members who have inquiries about Share Draft Services. Performs various administrative functions related to Share Draft Services. Process wires and related functions. Complete daily workflows.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Efficiently process ACH, Share Drafts, Rejected Returned Items and Wire Transfer functions.Efficiently process workflows and scheduling in order to meet processing deadlines.Draft correspondence pertaining to share drafts, adjustment to accounts and report to Risk Management forgeries or suspicious activity. Maintains files of members requiring daily transfer of funds.Initiates and maintains security control over wire transfer functions.Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.Knowledge and Skills:Experience - One year to three years of similar or related experience.Education - A high school education of GED.Interpersonal Skills - Work involves extensive personal contact with others beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.Other Skills - 10-key proficiency; must be able to operate general office equipment.
