Senior Project ManagerSarasota, FL, $135,000 to $160,000 annuallyA general contractor on Florida's Gulf Coast is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch corridor. This role oversees FDOT style work including roadway widening and reconstruction, utility relocation and upgrades, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, complete streets, intersections, and signalization, with CMAR and design build delivery methods in the mix.ScheduleFull time, on site across the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch corridor.Compensation$135,000 to $160,000 annually.What You'll DoThis role owns full lifecycle project delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout, managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans. The Project Manager coordinates utility relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric, and telecom systems, and directs consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and inspection teams. Responsibilities include managing change orders, pay applications, claims, and contract administration, along with building and maintaining relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties, and utility owners.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field7 to 10 or more years of experience managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility, or transportation projectsWorking knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications, and permittingStrong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving, and bridge coordinationExperience with GMP, design build, or CMAR delivery methodsProficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and BluebeamPreferred QualificationsFDOT Advanced MOT certificationPMP certificationExperience working directly with municipalities, counties, and state transportation agenciesCompensation and Benefits$135,000 to $160,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plan Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
