Receptionist Position at Sunshine Terrace FoundationSunshine Terrace Foundation is seeking a part time Receptionist. If you think those things would bring you fulfillment then this is the position for you.Job Summary: The receptionist provides customer support to residents & families, and assists in office operations at the Sunshine Terrace Skilled Nursing Facility.Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Greets guests, families, and visitorsAnswers and directs phone callsAssembles information packets about the facility and services providedSorts mailAssists with correspondenceSupports administrative projectsMaintains balance of resident trust fundsUpholds patient and company confidentiality at all timesFollows all organizational policy and procedures at all timesRequires excellent interpersonal communication skillsRequires basic experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Previous receptionist experience preferredMarginal RequirementsSchedules care conferences with residents and familiesProvides tours of the facility to prospective residents and families on a back up basisPerforms various other dutiesScheduleTypically works three four hour shifts per work week.Rotating weekend hours are required.Rotating holiday coverage is required.EducationPosition requires high school diploma or equivalentExperienceThis position requires a minimum of six months previous customer service experience.Language SkillsAbility to read and speak English with people over the phone and in person. Ability to write routine correspondence.
